Delivery Details

Processing Time

Orders are prepared as soon as payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been picked and is ready to dispatch.

Delivery Time

Within Nairobi, orders are delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Other counties take 1–3 days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are paid directly to the courier at the time of delivery. We do not collect or add delivery fees to your order — simply check with your courier for their rates.

Courier Partners

We work with G4S and various Sacco and bus parcel services to deliver across Kenya. The courier assigned to your order depends on your delivery location and what is most reliable for that route.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and collection point details. Use this to follow your delivery through to arrival.

Exchange Window

You must contact us within 12 hours of receiving your item to initiate an exchange. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet all of the following:

• —In the same condition as received
• —All original tags still attached
• —Original packaging intact

How to Request

Email us at sirjimmenscollections@gmail.com with your order number, the item you received, and the reason for the exchange. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within one business day.

Return Shipping

The cost of returning an item for exchange is covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We will cover the cost of sending the replacement.

Important Note

We do not offer cash or card refunds under any circumstances. All eligible complaints are handled through exchange only. If you have a question about your order before it arrives, please contact us as early as possible — we are easier to reach before an order is dispatched than after.
